Our professional-grade driveway sealing process at TZ Coatings will protect and beautify your concrete or asphalt driveway for years. We use a 100% solids epoxy formula penetrating deep into pores to create an impervious barrier against oil stains, gasoline, and de-icer damage.

Unlike paint or traditional sealers that sit on the surface, epoxy becomes an integral part of the driveway material for superior adhesion and durability. It won’t chip, peel, or fade over time. To ensure the surface is properly sealed, we take care of all preparatory work, such as cleaning, etching, and filling. Then, we apply several coats of pigmented epoxy for a rich, long-lasting colour. Within a day or two, you can use your driveway as normal.
